Group of 10-12 looking for a house/chalet/apartments for 7 days around New Year's Eve

Hi, 

As always we are late to get ourselves organised but we are a group of 10-12 friends from Bulgaria and we are coming to Gudauri to ski and celebrate New Year's eve. I am very keen to find accommodation just for us - a house or a chalet or apartments - that is close to the ski lifts so that we don't have to drive every morning. We are all keen skiers and snowboarders and are very excited about exploring all the freeride opportunities. If anyone can help me out, I would be very grateful. Everything I can find online seems to be booked already!

Hey Teodora did you find any accomodation in the end? We are a group of 6 Dutchies, 2 girls 4 guys, and looking for accomodation as well. Seems quite booked out heh! Any advise or what are you guys doing?
